Directions
From Northbound I-5: Take exit 173 to 1st Avenue. Turn left on to 1st Avenue and then right on to Northgate Way. Proceed on Northgate Way to Roosevelt Way NE and turn left on to Roosevelt Way NE. Follow Roosevelt Way NE until it becomes Pinehurst Way NE. The entrance to the parking garage lower level is off Pinehurst Way NE next to the IBS Treatment Center.
